How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support@jobwright.com.
How do I add team members?
Go to Settings > Team > Invite Member. Enter their email address and select their role (Owner or Staff). They'll receive an email invitation to create their account. Your plan includes up to 50 team members.
How do I connect Stripe for payments?
Navigate to Settings > Payments and click 'Connect Stripe'. You'll be redirected to Stripe to create or connect your account. Once connected, clients can pay invoices online. We don't charge any additional fees - only standard Stripe processing rates apply.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes! Go to Clients > Import. You can upload a CSV file with your client data. We support imports from most other software including Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan. Need help with import? Our support team can do it for you free of charge.
How do I set up online booking?
Go to Settings > Booking to configure your availability, services, and booking page. You'll get a unique booking URL to share with customers or embed on your website. Customers can book appointments that automatically sync to your calendar.
How does GPS tracking work?
GPS tracking requires team members to enable location services in their browser or mobile device. As an owner, you can see real-time locations on the dispatch map. Tracking only occurs during work hours and can be disabled per user if needed.
Can I customize my quotes and invoices?
Absolutely! Go to Settings > Branding to upload your logo, set your colors, and customize the appearance of quotes, invoices, and emails. You can also create custom templates in Settings > Templates.
What happens when my free trial ends?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be asked to subscribe to continue using JobWright. Your data is never deleted - if you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only. You can export your data at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with JobWright within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
Is my data secure?
